Bible Story Crafts for kids - Good Shepherd boats & Game

This dessert is one of our sheep Easy Crafts Bible story for Kids for Kindergarten, first class and second class. Create and view this nice, fluffy sheep, Scripture tells us that Jesus, strengthen watches over us and calls us, like a good shepherd called his sheep.

Stocks

Empty roll of toilet paper
cotton balls (30-40)
4 Q-Tips
Elmer School Glue
White tissue paper
Brown pipe cleaner (only if a ram)
Clear Tape
disposable containers (eg margarine container)
Black construction paper
Paper punch or scissors

Directions

For support, stuff paper(Any kind) for toilet paper, with about an inch from the end empty.


Create the sheep to the legs by taping the point Q to roll toilet paper.


Creating sheep's head some crunches tissue paper and stuffed it in the end part of the roll.


Pour the glue into the container.


To add the wool, cotton balls dip in glue and press on the paper tube. Once that is covered, add another layer or more, until the lamb is nice and woolly.



Create eyes with a handful of paper and cardboard. Use glue stick to the front of tissue paper sheep.


For a ram, follow steps 1-6 and then add horns, which are made by twisting pipe cleaners into two curly cues and fixing it with glue.


Allow to dry.


Showing Sheep

Before taking their children home the sheep, you can create a view in the classroom:

Start with a tray of wheat grass is grown and cut short or EasterBasket made of grass uniformly distributed.

Add a pastor or Jesus-figure or doll out of paper.

Invite children to add to gather their sheep flock by the shepherds!

Stray Sheep Game

This game is a sort of tag class version of the backyard pool game Marco Polo. The child plays with his eyes blindfolded and the alien is at the center of the circle. The others are sheep and wander within the circle.

The stranger blindfolded tries to sheep a day.When calling "Sheep!" the others with "Baa Baa-response." The first sheep replaced the alien. This game reinforces the lesson that, like sheep we must answer only to our Good Shepherd.
